Before Your Healing Session
When you contact me to arrange a healing session, I ask that you share as much information as you feel comfortable providing about the issue, imbalance, or circumstances for which you are seeking assistance.
The more detail you can give me, the better I can understand what you are experiencing and prepare appropriately for your session. This information helps me to consider which healing energies, techniques, modalities and approaches may be most appropriate for your individual needs, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
There is no need to worry about how much or how little you should say. Simply explain, in your own words, what is happening, what you would like help with, and anything else you feel may be relevant. All information you share with me is treated in confidence and with respect.
Distance Healing
I currently offer distance healing and therapy only, and do not provide face-to-face sessions.
Distance work is an integral part of the way I practice, rather than a lesser alternative to working in person. From my perspective, the effectiveness of an energy healing session is not dependent upon physical proximity. Energy does not need to travel from my hands to yours in the conventional physical sense, so whether we are sitting in the same room or separated by hundreds or even thousands of miles does not alter the way I approach the work.
Your session is prepared and conducted with the same care, attention and intention whether you are nearby or on the other side of the world.
For many people, distance healing also provides a greater sense of comfort and privacy. You can remain in your own familiar surroundings, without the need to travel or enter an unfamiliar environment, allowing you to give your attention fully to the experience.
Distance does not mean distant. Your session is created specifically for you, with care, intention and respect for your individual needs.
